Can I upgrade my account if I need to?

Upgrading your account to like plans (eg. standard cPanel hosting to standard cPanel Hosting) can be done in just a few simple clicks.

Simply login to the Customer Portal area and once you have successfully logged in, then click on the Services link from the top menu bar and select My Services from the drop down menu.

On the services page, this will list your active and de-activated services.  On the right hand side of the service that you would like to upgrade, click on the down arrow to select the Upgrade option.

Upgrading your plan will be pro-rata till your next due invoice.

Upgrading to a custom plan is also possible, simply contact our Sales team and we will provide a quote and process the request.
