Information may also be collected for us by third parties including body corporates, professional advisers and other information that may be available through public content distributors.
What information do we use?
We may use your name and contact details to assist us with making contact with you from time to time. This information can be used to provide you with promotions that we may offer from time to time, important announcements and billing.
Customers can choose to opt out of our promotion emails in our customer portal website.
How do we protect your information?
We have implemented a number of security measurements to maintain the security and safety of all personal information in our system. When accessing and submitting your information to us, this information is transmitted VIA a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) method.
The information stored within our system is accessed by only those who are authorized within Techsmith and has been granted special access rights to this information.
Do we disclose any information to third parties?
Any information that we collect and is stored within our system is not sold, traded or provided to any other third parties that are found to be a non-government agency. All information is kept private and confident. We may release any information that may be requested when we must comply with local, state or federal Australian Laws.
When disclosing any information, we will comply with the requirements under the Australian Privacy Act.
Can I update my information?
Information that we hold can be updated through our customer portal website. There may be some information that we store and will require an authorized person within Techsmith to update on the customers behalf. This information can be updated by contacting our Customer Care team by email (email: email@example.com).
